Program & Contract Context

Community Mental Health authorities administer Medicaid-funded behavioral health, habilitation, and employment services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), serious mental illness (SMI), and children with serious emotional disturbance (SED).

Contracted Role & Delivery Scope

As a contracted CMH provider, Dr. Brown managed habilitation waiver services and supported employment programs for adults with I/DD and SMI, coordinating with treatment teams. He also launched youth-focused SED supports emphasizing school readiness, employment exposure, and family engagement.
