MDHHS Home Help Services is Michigan’s Medicaid-funded long-term services and supports (LTSS) program, enabling eligible individuals to remain safely in their homes rather than institutional settings. Contracted Role & Delivery Scope
As a contracted MDHHS provider, Dr. Brown directed end-to-end delivery of Medicaid-authorized personal assistance services to referred consumers. Responsibilities included in-home assessments, care planning, caregiver recruitment and scheduling, supervision, EVV compliance, documentation, and incident reporting. He managed day-to-day operations across fluctuating demand while maintaining audit-ready compliance with Medicaid requirements.
